The Cembra valley is an austere land where heroic viJculture is at its best, between two unique and irreproducible UNESCO World Heritage Sites: the Dolomites and hundreds of kilometres of dry-stone walls. Nestled in these astonishing landscapes, there are the 15 hectares of the Corvée winery.
Our vineyards are located between 450 and 750 metres above sea level, different altitudes that allow for the cultivation of no less than ten grape varieJes. This is why we like to say that our wines symbolically climb the mountain making it their own.

II | MORPHOLOGY AND CLIMATE
WITNESSES OF A DEMANDING AND IMPERVIOUS TERRITORY
The Corvée winery in Cembra Lisignago is protected to the east by the Paneveggio forest, to the south by the horizon of the ‘Trentino red gold’ quarries, porphyry, and to the west it embraces the imposing massif of the Brenta Dolomites.
All the terraces in the valley take advantage of exposures that allow the vines to offer their best. They are first warmed by the brighter southern sun and then, towards sunset,crossed by the gentle breeze of the Ora del Garda. At night, the slow release of the heat absorbed by the porphyry, preserves the aromatic heritage of our grapes intact.
Naturally, the protagonist is also the soil. Porphyritic soils rich in minerals: an ancient coral reef that today reveals its unique and extraordinary properties in the production of wine through fine, elegant, mineral and highly drinkable wines. .
