At different altitudes, it is the mountains that indicate which varie5es to cultivate and which winemaking techniques to adopt. Thus, in the search for the land of choice, the cultivation of Müller-Thurgau, Pinot grigio, Pinot blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Gewürztraminer, Rhine Riesling, Pinot noir, Lagrein, Schiava and, finally, Trento DOC wines, becomes a way of playing the score of a territory. Wines from different altitudes that compose the melody of the mountain lands under the direction of a single interpreter: Corvée.
