The Quaràs Chardonnay vineyard is caressed by valley and mountain breezes and lies on deep, fer ti le soils rich in clay that give this wine an austere character and a full body. Quaràs recalls aromas of yellow fruit, pineapple and orange peel that blend harmoniously with the sweet fl avour of caramel, to ff y and hazelnut. A fresh acidity reveals its Alpine origin.

Manual harvesting in the third ten days of September, destemming, soft pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, lees aging for about 8 months in 228-litre French oak first, second and third passage “pièces”, bottle-ageing for about 6 months before selling.
