The Pinot Noir Àgole presents itself in an eclectic guise, which contrasts fresh, young acidity with a balanced taste, long, almost cautious. The body is robus. Its tannins are dense, silky and harmonious. The bouquet is intense, with dis ti nct red fruit notes (blueberry, raspberry and morello cherry), with delicate hints of violet, liquorice, tru ffl e, cocoa and cloves.
